OH boy! After a “confrontation” with Azealia Banks, Lady Gaga has got onto the bad side of Maroon 5 hottie and The Voice star Adam Levine. On Friday (Sept. 20) Levine tweeted: “Ugh … recycling old art for a younger generation doesn’t make you an artist. It makes you an art teacher.” Then he followed that up with the another enjoyable tweet, “I unabashedly love writing and performing pop music for both myself AND everyone around me. That’s It. It doesn’t need any extra sauce.”
Though no names or said, everyone simply assumed that he was taking shots at Gaga. And that was only fuelled when Mother Monster responded to his comments on Saturday: “Uh oh guys the art police is here,” she tweeted.
And who would have thought we’d live to see Adam Levine instigating a Twitter feud?! But Levine isn't the only artist to accuse Gaga of stealing from other works. Madonna created her share of “trouble” when she said 'Born This Way' was a "redo" of her own track 'Express Yourself'. She said "I thought, this is a wonderful way to redo my song. I mean, I recognized the chord changes. I thought it was . . . interesting."
